- Be mindful of your surroundings and of fellow attendees.
- Alert organisers if you notice unsafe situations or someone in distress.
Unacceptable behaviour
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
- Verbal or written abuse of any attendee, speaker, volunteer, sponsor, or staff.
- Inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome attention.
- Disruption of talks, workshops, or other event activities.
Reporting
If you witness or experience any unacceptable behaviour, please reach out to a volunteer (look for the lanyards), or email us at info@awsugblr.in. Reports will be handled confidentially.
Consequences
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behaviour is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in such behaviour, the organisers may take any action deemed appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event without refund.
